DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a medium skillet, crumble in the pork sausage and cook over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain the grease if needed.<\/p>\n

In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard, eggs, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n

Add bread cubes, cooked sausage, and half the cheese. Stir to evenly coat contents.<\/p>\n

Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish and pour in egg mixture.<\/p>\n

Cover the baking dish with Best Choice Aluminum Foil and chill in the refrigerator overnight.<\/p>\n

To bake the casserole, preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n

Place covered egg bake in oven and bake for 35 minutes.<\/p>\n

Uncover the dish then add the remaining cheese on top.<\/p>\n

Continue baking for an additional 20- 25 minutes or until egg bake is set.<\/p>\n

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n
