Place raisins in a bowl and cover with warm water, then set them a side. This will make the raisins plump.&nbsp; Peel and shred carrots then set aside. In a mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-25514\" src=\"https:\/\/bestchoicebrand.com\/clearlybybestchoice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2023\/08\/IMG_8987-470x627.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"470\" height=\"627\"><\/p>\n<p>Whisk together dry ingredients.
