DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, place the ground beef and ground pork, allowing them to come to room temperature, so it’s easier to mix.
In a separate small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently stir to combine the dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs and whole milk.
Place the wet and dry ingredients in the bowl with the meat. Mix with your hands to thoroughly combine.
Let the meatball mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the seasoning to blend.
While the meatball mixture is sitting, heat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Shape the meatball mixture into 24 (1 inch) meatballs. Place them about 1 inch apart on a baking sheet.
Bake uncovered for 18-22 minutes or until their internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Remove from the oven, serve warm with Clearly by Best Choice Marinara Pasta Sauce, and top with fresh basil leaves.
