Banana Date Oat Bites

These nutritious bites make for a sweet snack or breakfast on the run. Serves 16.

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

¾ cup oats

½ cup pitted dates

½ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup flax/chia meal

½ tsp vanilla

¼ tsp vanilla

¼ cup (or more) chocolate chips

 

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a food processor. Process until paste-like. Fold in chocolate chips. Take a tablespoon of dough at a time and roll into balls. Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!
