Best Choice Layered Taco Dip

Can be prepared several hours ahead and refrigerated, covered.

Layered Taco Dip

1 (16 ounce) can Best Choice Refried Beans with Jalapeno (or without depending on taste.)
1 (16 ounce) jar Best Choice Medium Thick n’ Chunky Salsa, divided
1 (1.25 ounce) Package Best Choice Taco Seasoning
1 (16 ounce) container Best Choice Sour Cream
1 (8 ounce) package Best Choice Cream Cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1 (8 ounce) package Best Choice Finely Shredded Mexican Style Four Cheese Blend
2 cups chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce
1 medium tomato chopped, seeded, diced
¼ cup sliced onion
1 (2.25 ounce) can Best Choice Sliced Black Olives, drained

In medium bowl, mix refried beans, ¾ cup salsa and taco seasoning until well combined. Spread on the bottom of a serving platter, 9 x 13 glass baking dish or two round cake pans. In another medium bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese and ranch dressing; mix until smooth and well combined. Spread over bean mixture; top with remaining salsa. Layer with cheese lettuce tomatoes, onions and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
