April 17 is National Cheeseball Day! Try this recipe – perfect for a party or appetizer.

Cheesy Olive Ball

Ingredients:
1 package (8oz) Best Choice Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup (2oz) Best Choice Shredded Swiss Cheese
½ tsp. Best Choice Onion Powder
¼ tsp. Best Choice Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Best Choice Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup Best Choice Pimiento-stuffed Olives, sliced
Best Choice Crackers

Directions:
In medium bowl, combine cheeses. Add onion powder, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Fold in olives. Shape into ball or log. Chill, covered for 3 hours. Serve with cracers.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
