Crowd-pleasing chocolate candy squares

Whether you’re making something sweet for an office get-together, tailgate party or simply a fun night in; try these chocolate candy squares. The mix of crunchy peanut butter and cocoa make for a perfect combination that will wow your crowd – after all, this recipe yields 18 pieces!

Ingredients:
2 c Best Choice sugar
¼ c cocoa
½ teas Best Choice salt
½ c Best Choice evaporated milk
½ c (1 stick) Best Choice margarine or butter
¼ c Best Choice crunchy peanut butter
1 teas Best Choice vanilla extract
2 c. Best Choice Quick Oats

Directions:
Butter 9-inch square pan. In medium saucepan over medium heat combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Stir in milk; add margarine. Heat to a rolling boil; boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in oats. Pour into pan. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 18 squares
