CHOCOLATE CHRISTMAS POPCORN MIX
Two bags Best Choice Natural Microwave Popcorn
6 cubes of Best Choice White Almond Bark
2 cups Always Save Pretzel Sticks
1 medium bag of red & green M&Ms
Red and green sprinkles
Pop one bag of popcorn in the microwave for approximately two minutes. Remove any unpopped kernels. Then, melt three cubes of almond bark in the microwave. Pour popcorn in a large bowl with half of the M&Ms bag and 1 cup of pretzel sticks broken in half. Pour melted almond bark on top, stirring everything together gently. On a large pan covered with wax paper, spread out popcorn mixture. Repeat all of these steps with second bag of popcorn. Once both bags are complete and spread on wax paper, top with red and green sprinkles. Cool before serving.
MINI CHEESEBALL BITES
1 (8oz) block of Best Choice Cream Cheese
1 (8ox) bag of Best Choice Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 tsp Best Choice Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
½ cup Best Choice Pecan Pieces
1 ½ cups Superior Selections dried cranberries
24 Always Save Pretzel Sticks
Best Choice Wheat Crackers
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and shredded cheese together until well blended. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pecan pieces. Mix together. On a baking pan covered in wax paper, form 24 small balls with the cheeseball mixture. Cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Remove and cover each ball with dried cranberries. Place a pretzel stick in the middle of each ball with a cracker underneath. Serve immediately.
CHEESY BACON & EGG MINIS
8 Best Choice Eggs
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup Best Choice Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce
3 tbsp Best Choice Real Bacon Bits
1 tbsp chopped chives
In a medium bowl, beat eggs with pepper until well mixed. Spray large skillet with cooking spray and cook egg mixture over medium heat. Stir occasionally until eggs are firm, but not completely cooked. Fold in Alfredo sauce in bacon bits until well-blended.
Pour mixture into greased mini-cupcake pan. Cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees or until eggs have set and are completely firm. Top with chives and additional bacon bits if desired.
Traditional mimosas are always a fun treat for a brunch get-together. Make them seasonal by using cranberry juice with your champagne and garnishing with fresh cranberries.
UNWRAP & SERVE IDEAS
Really short on time before your holiday party? Nothing comes together quicker than a tasty cheese plate. Pick a seasonal cheese, like cranberry cinnamon cheddar or stick with a white cheddar. Garnish with summer sausage and dried fruit like Superior Selections dried cranberries, pineapples and apricots for color and variety.
Shrimp cocktail also makes for a no-work appetizer. Literally unwrap and serve!
