Serving size 1-2 

 

Ingredients: 

2 cups Best Choice Frozen Berries: raspberries, blueberries or strawberries; 

or freeze fresh berries overnight 

1 cup Best Choice Plain Yogurt 

½ cup Best Orange or Apple Juice 

¼ cup fresh spinach 

1 Tbsp Clearly Organic Ground Flaxseed or Chia Seeds 

1 Tbsp Best Choice Honey 

 

Directions: 

Blend berries, yogurt, juice, spinach, seeds, and honey together in a blender until smooth.
