Mornings are busy and now that the kids are headed back to school, they just became chaotic! Make your mornings smoother by creating a week’s worth of these Oatmeal Jars on Sunday night. They are perfect for grab-and-go breakfasts for the office and easy enough that the kids can cook them in the microwaves themselves. Plus, you can customize them to each family member’s tastes. What could be better?

Make Ahead Meals: Oatmeal Jars

Ingredients:
½ cup uncooked Best Choice Quick Oats
1/8 tsp Best Choice Cinnamon Spice
1 tbsp dried cranberries, blueberries or other fruit of your choice
1 tbsp Best Choice Almond Slivers
1 cup water

Directions:
In a jar or sandwich bag, layer ingredients: oatmeal, cinnamon, dried fruit, almond slivers. Store in a dry fresh area. In the morning, add 1 cup of boiling water to jar or place ingredients in a bowl and pour water on top. Stir, let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
