We love monkey bread and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches – so why not put them together? Challenge accepted! We teamed up with our friends at Clearly Organic to bring you this recipe. Their new Peanut Butter Dot cereal was the inspiration for this tasty treat.

PB&J Monkey Bread

Ingredients:
Monkey Bread
2 cans Best Choice Jumbo Biscuits
½ cup Clearly Organic Cane Sugar
½ cup Best Choice Seedless Blackberry Preserves (or any of your favorite flavors)
1 ½ sticks Best Choice Unsalted Butter

Glaze
½ cup Best Choice Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Clearly Organic Almond Butter (or any nut butter flavor your prefer)
1 tbsp Clearly Organic Vanilla Soymilk
½ tsp Clearly Organic Vanilla
¼ cup Clearly Organic Peanut Butter Dot Cereal

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heavily grease bundt pan. Pour cane sugar in medium-sized bowl. For first can of biscuits: take biscuit one-by-one, divide into 4 smaller pieces, roll in sugar until completely covered and place throughout the bottom of the bundt pan until covered. Top first layer of biscuits with preserves. Repeat sugar and layering process with second can of biscuits. Melt butter in the microwave and pour evenly over the biscuits in the pan. Bake 22-28 minutes, or until bread is no longer doughy. Cool for 5 minutes before removing bread onto a serving plate. Cool completely.

During cooling create glaze by combining powdered sugar, nut butter, milk and vanilla in a small bowl; stir until mixed thoroughly. Drizzle over monkey bread. Crush cereal into small pieces and then sprinkle on top of the glaze. Enjoy!
