This recipe is quick, easy and perfect for the peanut butter lovers at your holiday cookie exchange.

Peanut Butter Crunch Cookies

Ingredients:
1 c Best Choice peanut butter, plain or crunchy
1 c Best Choice brown sugar, lightly packed
1 1/8 c. Best Choice oats
½ c Best Choice Evaporated milk
1 tsp. Best Choice vanilla

Directions:
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in large mixing bowl. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes until brown. Cool slightly; removed from baking sheet and cool completely. Makes 4 dozen.
