Quick Red Beans and Rice

2 cans 15oz Best Choice Red Beans
3 slices of Best Choice bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
½ cup chopped celery
1 large bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp Best Choice Worcestershire sauce
3oz Best Choice tomato paste
1 Tbsp Best Choice chili powder
1 link Polish or anduille sausage, sliced
4 cups Best Choice white rice- prepared

 

Directions:

Fry bacon and crumble into red beans. Sauté vegetables in bacon drippings. Cook until vegetables are wilted and onions are soft. Add beans and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. If you feel it is too thick after cooking you can add a little water to thin.
