These melt-in-your-mouth brownies take our love for Rocky Road to a new level! Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream for a completely decadent dessert.

Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients:
2 ½ cups Best Choice Mini Marshmallows
½ c Best Choice butter or margarine
1 ½ cup Best Choice flour
1 cup Best Choice sugar
½ tsp. Best Choice baking powder
½ tsp. Best Choice vanilla
1 package (6oz) Best Choice semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ tsp. Best Choice salt
2 Best Choice eggs
1 cup Best Choice walnuts – chopped

Directions:
Heat ½ cup of the chocolate chips and butter on low heat until melted, cool. Heat oven to 370 degrees F. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt, eggs and chocolate mixture. Spread in ungreased 9” x 9” x 2” square pan. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Bake until marshmallows are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely; cut into 2” x 1” bars. Makes 36 brownies.
