Woodhaven is a caring team providing 24/7 support for adults with developmental disabilities based out of Columbia, MO. The Woodhaven team helps these men and women, who are active volunteers and employees in their community, live a life of dignity in their own home or apartment.
Since 2001, Woodhaven has been collecting labels and raising funds through Save-A-Label. Most labels are collected via a connection with local churches and individual donors. The organization also uses its website to promote its involvement with Save-A-Label.
The funds received from the Save-A-Label Program are used to maintain the organization’s vehicles, especially their wheelchair accessible vans. The safety of the people served depends on these vehicles working properly. The Save-A-Label Program helps the men and women of Woodhaven experience freedom and mobility.
