Chicken Cheese Soup & Oyster Nibble Topping


6 Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

16 cups water

8 chicken bouillon cubes

1 (10 oz) can Best Choice Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies

4 cups Best Choice Instant Rice

1 big block 32 oz Best Choice Cheesy Spread


2 (12 oz) pkgs Best Choice Oyster Crackers

½ cup Best Choice Canola Oil

4 tsp Best Choice Garlic Powder

½ tsp Best Choice Onion Powder

2 tbsp Best Choice Dill Weed

1 pkg dry Best Choice Ranch Dressing Mix

Chicken Cheese Soup


Boil chicken in water until done and save water. Remove chicken and dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add diced tomatoes, rice and cheesy spread but don’t boil. Cube chicken and add to rest of mixture. Heat on low until cheese is melted and rice is tender.

Oyster Nibble Topping


Mix all ingredients well. Place evenly on cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes.
