1 can Best Choice Garbanzo Beans, drained
1 can Best Choice Red Kidney Beans, drained
1 can Best Choice Black Beans, drained
1 can Best Choice Green Beans, drained
1 can Best Choice Wax Beans, drained
½ cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
¾ cup Best Choice Sugar
½ cup Best Choice Superior Selections Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup Best Choice Superior Selections Red Wine Vinegar
½ teaspoon Best Choice Salt
½ teaspoon Best Choice Ground Black Pepper
Combine the drained garbanzo beans, kidney beans, black beans, green beans, and wax beans with the green pepper, onion, and celery in a large bowl.
Toss the ingredients together to mix.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the liquid mixture over the beans and veggies and mix well.
