These little guys are perfect for a brunch or get-together, or enjoy them on March 21, which is National French Bread Day!
2 cups Best Choice All-Purpose Baking Mix
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cups milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons oil
Sugared Topping Ingredients
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper liners in mini muffin pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together baking mix, sugar, milk, egg and oil until blended. Fill 18 mini muffin tins or 6 regular-sized muffins 2/3 of the way full.
Bake 10-12 minutes are until muffin tops are golden brown.
While muffins are cooling, melt butter in a small bowl. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a separate small bowl.
Once muffins are cool, dip each muffin top in butter, then sprinkle or roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
