Layered Taco Dip

We’ve got football and tailgates on our minds! This delicious dip is easy to create and is certain to please a crowd at your next game-day get-together.

1 – 16 oz can Best Choice® refried beans with jalapeno (or without depending on taste)
1 – 16 oz jar Best Choice® medium thick n’ chunky salsa, divided
1 – 1.25 oz pkg Best Choice® taco seasoning
1- 16 oz container Best Choice® sour cream
1 – 8 oz pkg Best Choice® cream cheese, softened
1 – 1 oz pkg Best Choice® ranch dressing mix
1 – 8 oz pkg Best Choice® finely shredded Mexican style four cheese blend
2 cups chopped iceburg or romaine lettuce
1 – medium tomato chopped, seeded, diced
¼ cup sliced onion
1 – 2.25 oz can Best Choice® sliced black olives, drained
tortilla chips



In a medium bowl, mix refried beans, ¾ cup salsa and taco seasoning until well combined. Spread on the bottom of a serving platter, 9 x 13 glass baking dish, or two round cake pans. In another bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese and ranch dressing; mix until smooth and well combined. Spread over bean mixture; top with remaining salsa. Layer with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
