Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) Best Choice Pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) Best Choice Evaporated Milk
2 Best Choice Eggs, slightly beaten
¾ cup Best Choice Brown Sugar
1 tsp Best Choice Flour
½ tsp Best Choice Salt
½ tsp Best Choice Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Best Choice Ground Ginger
¼ tsp Best Choice Ground Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Best Choice Ground Cloves
1 Best Choice Frozen Deep-Dish Pie Shell
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Thoroughly blend all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F.
Bake 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
