October is National Pizza Month! Freshly-baked pizza is just as delicious for breakfast as it is for dinner.
1 (13.8 oz) can Best Choice Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 Pkg Best Choice Country Gravy Mix
1 cup water
1 (8 oz) package Best Choice Colby/Jack shredded cheese
1-2 cups of your other favorite toppings.
4 Best Choice Eggs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cook Country Gravy according to the directions on the package.
Unroll pizza dough onto greased pan. Cut into 4 equal sections. Roll up the edges to create a wall to hold in toppings.
Spread gravy onto dough. Bake for about 7 minutes.
Top with cheese. Then crack your egg into a small bowl before sliding onto each square. Add your favorite toppings. Salt and pepper as you please. Return to the oven and continue baking for about 10 more minutes or until yolks are set and crust is golden brown. The more toppings you add, the longer you may need to bake for a golden-brown crust. Remove pizza from oven, let cool slightly and enjoy!
When pizza is finished, drizzle gravy on top and/or serve as dipping sauce for your crust.
