Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

This one sheet pan meal makes a delicious meal with easy cleanup.


1 bag Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken for Fajita, sliced

2 tbsp Best Choice Olive Oil

2 tbsp Best Choice Fajita Seasoning

1 red pepper, sliced

1 yellow pepper, sliced

1 large red onion, sliced

1 lime

Toppings: Best Choice Refried Beans, guacamole, Pico de Gallo.



Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.


Line your baking sheet with Best Choice aluminum foil. Place sliced chicken strips on one side of the baking sheet. Place veggies on the opposite side. Apply olive oil to all the ingredients and add seasoning, toss.


Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes. When chicken is cooked thoroughly, remove from oven. Squeeze a lime over the chicken and veggies.


The proper way to eat fajita:

  • Tear or cut tortilla in half.
  • Spread refried beans and guacamole on the tortilla as a binder.
  • Place equal parts meat and veggies on the tortilla
  • Roll tortilla into a mini burrito and enjoy mess-free!
