October is National Cookie Month! These soft cookies combine cinnamon, sugar and yellow cake mix to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Best Choice® granulated sugar
1 tsp Best Choice® ground cinnamon
1 – 16.5 oz pkg Best Choice® yellow cake mix
2 – Best Choice® eggs
¼ cup Best Choice® vegetable oil

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside. Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in large bowl. Stir until well blended. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place balls 2-inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten balls with bottom of glass. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. Cool one minute on cookie sheets. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
