2 Tbsp Best Choice Olive Oil
6 strips Best Choice Bacon
1/2 small onion, minced
1 tbsp minced garlic
3/4 package Polish Sausage cut in
half – sliced into 1/2 moon shapes
2 cans Best Choice Whole White
1 tsp Best Choice Garlic Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Best Choice Seasoned Salt
1 can Best Choice Pinto Beans, drained
4 cans Best Choice Green Beans (keep juice)
Heat stock pot to medium heat.
Add olive oil to pot.
Add onion, garlic, chopped bacon and Polish sausage to pot; fry until slightly browned.
Add white potatoes – cut the larger potatoes in half; mix well.
Once potatoes are no longer white, add garlic salt and seasoned salt.
Then add drained pinto beans and green bean with the juices; mix well, but don’t over stir.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Great served with Best Choice Crescent Rolls or Jumbos Biscuits!
