Tuna & Egg Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients:
Egg Salad:
6 hardboiled eggs
¼ cup Best Choice Mayo
1 Tbsp Best Choice Yellow Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tuna Salad:
2 (6 oz) cans Best Choice Tuna
2 hardboiled eggs
1 celery stalk, chopped
4 tbsp Best Choice Mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
For each recipe, mix all ingredients together. Optional: mix in chopped Best Choice Sweet Gherkin Pickles for extra flavor.
