The sweet and tangy smell of the scones from the cranberries combines with a crumbly exterior and soft, most interior from the almond flour and crafts the perfect fall snack.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Lightly spray a sheet pan with Clearly by Best Choice pan spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl add the almond flour, baking soda, salt, orange zest and cranberries. Gently stir to combine.
Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and add the eggs, honey, vanilla and fresh orange juice into the center of the well.
Whisk the eggs with a fork and stir until the contents are well combined.
Form the dough into a ball and set on a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Press the dough into a disk, using the parchment paper to prevent stickiness.
Cut with a sharp knife, cleaning the knife with water after each cut.
Move the scone wedges to the pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Serve with yogurt and a honey drizzle if desired.
