Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs whole Brussels sprouts
4 slices thick cut bacon, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Ground Pepper
1/4 cup Clearly by Best Choice Olive Oil
3 tbsp Clearly by Best Choice Maple Syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a 9 x 13 baking sheet with foil.

Trim the ends off of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

Transfer sprouts to a large bowl.

Place the cut bacon slices, salt, and ground pepper in the bowl with the sprouts.

Drizzle the olive oil and maple syrup over the top of the ingredients.

Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.

Transfer to the baking sheet, making sure to place the sprouts in a single layer, cut side down.

Be sure the bacon is spaced evenly on the pan, so it crisps nicely.

Roast in the oven for 25-30 min or until sprouts are caramelized and bacon is crispy.

Serve warm and enjoy!
