The summer might be coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean you can’t savor the last few days. Our Peach Crisp is the perfect dessert for the end of the summer. Grab a plateful with a scoop of ice cream today!
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with Clearly by Best Choice Cooking Spray. Place sliced peaches into the baking dish.
In a medium size mixing bowl add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and cold butter.
Use a pastry blender or fork to fold the butter into the dry ingredients. Stir with pastry cutter for two minutes.
Once the flour mix is crumbly sprinkle it over the top of the peaches. Then press down lightly on the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 – 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let cool for ten minutes before serving.
Peach crisp goes great with organic vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
