Our Savory Oatmeal with Eggs & Spinach packs a punch of protein to keep you full all morning long. Gather all the ingredients you need from your local grocery and whip up some savory oats today!
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan, place the oats, water, and salt.
Bring the ingredients to a boil over medium high heat, cover the pan with a lid, and stir occasionally.
Once the oats have absorbed the water, crack in the two eggs.
Reduce heat to medium and place the lid back on the pan, letting the eggs cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Once the eggs have reached your desired doneness, place the oats and eggs in a bowl and add the wilted spinach on top.
Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese and top with salt and pepper, to taste.
