DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a baking sheet with Clearly by Best Choice Pan Spray or line the pan with foil.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and ground pepper.
Place the chicken on a cutting board and use a meat tenderizer to pound each chicken breast to an even thickness, about 1/4 of an inch.
Move the chicken to the baking sheet and brush each breast with the olive oil mixture.
Add about a 1/4 cup of shredded cheese to each chicken breast.
Top the cheese with 3 to 4 asparagus spears.
Wrap the chicken over the top of the asparagus to close.
Cut the bacon slices in half and lay two half pieces over each breast tucking the ends under the chicken.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
Serve the chicken immediately, and enjoy!
