Ingredients

6 large carrots
11/2 tbsp Best Choice Superior Selections Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Best Choice Superior Selections Maple Syrup
Best Choice Superior Selection Flake Sea Salt
Pinch of Best Choice Cayenne Pepper
5 sprigs fresh rosemary

Simple but scrumptious, our Oven Roasted Maple Carrots recipe is a perfect harmony of sweetness and savory depth. Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.

Slice the carrots in half lengthways and place them on a large baking sheet.

Mix the olive oil and maple syrup together in a small bowl.

Brush the oil mixture over the carrots to coat them.

Sprinkle the salt and cayenne onto the carrots.

Add the rosemary sprigs to baking sheet between the carrot halves.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the carrots are tender, flipping once halfway through.

Serve on a large platter.
