Ingredients

1/2 cup Best Choice Superior Selections Balsamic Vinegar

2 tbsp Best Choice Superior Selections Steak Seasoning

1/2 cup Best Choice Superior Selections Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 pounds boneless pork loin roast

DIRECTIONS

Combine vinegar and steak seasoning in a medium bowl and stir until seasoning is dissolved.

Whisk in olive oil until combined.

Place pork into a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over the pork. Squeeze out the air and seal the bag.

Marinate the pork in the refrigerator for two hours or overnight.

When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place the pork into a glass baking dish along with marinade from the bag.

Bake the pork, basting it occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, about 1 hour.

Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
