Chunk Light Tuna in Water - 12oz Can

Skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) chunk light tuna is prepared from whole round fish cut in transverse segments to which no free fragments are added and are placed within the container with the planes of their transverse cut ends parallel to the ends of the container. Only fresh or frozen fish free from any signs of decomposition can be used. Product shall be stored and produced under appropriate time and temperature conditions which prevent the formation of histamine within the raw product. Fish shall be caught using dolphin safe methods.
