Usage Instructions
Stovetop Cooking Directions 1. Bring water to a boil. If desired, add margarine and salt to taste. 2. Stir in rice, cover, and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve. Microwave Cooking Times Servings Servings Time (min) Rice Water 2 7 1 cup 1 cup 4 9 2 cups 2 cups 6 12 3 cups 3 cups Microwave Cooking Directions 1. Place water and rice in microwave – safe bowl. If desired, add margarine and salt to taste. 2. Cover Microwave on HIGH according to chart below or until boiling. 3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. For high altitudes, use slightly more water and allow 5 minutes longer cooking time.
