Usage Instructions
STOVE TOP Combine in 3-quart saucepan 2 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and if desired, ½ teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine. Bring to boil. Turn heat down low and cover with a lid. Simmer 15 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Serve MICROWAVE In a 2 quart microwave safe baking dish, combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups water. If desired, add 1 tablespoon butter or margarine and ½ teaspoon salt per cup of uncooked rice. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Reduce setting to 50% power and microwave for 15 minutes. Remove from microwave and let stand for 5 minutes.
