Usage Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350° for turkeys, 325° for roasts. Do not exceed 400°. 2. Coat inside of bag with 2 Tbsp. flour to avoid bag bursting. Place bag in a roasting pan at least 2" deep. 3. Place poultry or meat in bag. Close bag with tie provided. Puncture 6 to 8 holes with a fork in the top of bag for steam to escape. Tuck ends of bag into pan. 4. Place the pan in oven, allowing room for the bag to expand without touching heating elements, walls or racks. Oven bag should not hang over pan. 5. Bake according to recipe or chart. To serve, carefully cut open top of oven bag. Always support the bag by keeping it in the pan. CAUTION: Use care when opening the bag. Steam will escape. CAUTION: Always support bottom of bag with pan. CAUTION: Do not use bag for less than 8 lbs. of food.
