Hot Corn Dip

Ingredients

2 cans Best Choice Whole Kernel Corn

1 pkg Best Choice Cream Cheese, at room temperature

1/4 cup Best Choice Sour Cream

1/2 cup Best Choice Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 cup Best Choice Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1/2 cup Best Choice Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, divided

1/2 tsp. Best Choice Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. Best Choice Chili Powder

Mix it up and bake! That is all you need to do to enjoy our gooey Hot Corn Dip. Whip up a helping for a dinner side dish or for your next family gathering. Gather all the ingredients required at your local grocery store!

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with Best Choice Cooking Spray.

In a large bowl stir together the corn, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of the pepper jack cheese, garlic powder, and chili powder until evenly combined.

Pour the corn mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes, until the edges bubble and just start to brown.

Serve hot with fresh cut vegetables, tortilla chips, or Best Choice Superior Selections Entertainment Crackers.
