Directions:
Grease and then lightly flour two 8” baking pans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together on low speed with mixer for 30 seconds and then medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into baking pans and bake for 29-32 minutes.
Cool on wire racks before removing cake from pans. Before frosting, cool completely.
Frost the top of one layer, then place second layer on top and frost top and sides. Enjoy!
