We collaborated with our sister brand, Always Save to celebrate National Hot Dog Month with this Summer Hash.
Directions:
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, warm 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add hot dogs and cook until browned. Approximately five minutes. Transfer to another plate for later.
Add ¼ cup olive oil, minced garlic and Potato O’Brien to skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat, about five minutes. Remove lid and add salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are golden brown. Stir hot dogs and cook until warmed throughout. About three minutes.
Make 4 indentations in the skillet mixture. Crack 1 egg into each indentation. Cover and cook until desired egg doneness.
Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
