Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned. Remove chicken.
Add broccoli and pepper and cook until tender-crisp. Return chicken to skillet
Add gravy, soy sauce and ginger. Heat through.
Serve over rice. Serves 4.
1 tablespoon Best Choice Vegetable Oil
1 lb Best Choice boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup red or green pepper strips, 2” long
1 jar (12 oz.) Best Choice chicken flavored gravy
1 tablespoon Best Choice soy sauce

4 cups Best Choice instant rice, cooked
