Cinnamon Spice Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Clearly by Best Choice Old Fashioned Oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons Clearly by Best Choice Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Clearly by Best Choice Ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground all spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Clearly by Best Choice Large Eggs
3 Tablespoons Clearly by Best Choice Olive Oil
1/4 cup Clearly by Best Choice Maple Syrup
3 Tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons Clearly by Best Choice Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Clearly by Best Choice Milk

Made with Clearly by Best Choice Pure Vanilla Extract, Organic Cinnamon, and a touch of Organic Ginger, this loaf is full of cozy holiday flavor. Perfect for sharing at festive gatherings or enjoying with a mug of tea by the fire.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray an 8×8 baking dish with Clearly by Best Choice cooking spray.

In a large bowl add oats, baking powder, spices and salt.

In a separate medium size bowl whisk together eggs, oil, maple syrup, molasses, vanilla and milk.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl.

Stir to combine then transfer to greased baking dish.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the middle is set.

Let cool for 15 minutes then serve with maple yogurt, if desired.

The oatmeal bake stores well in the refrigerator for up to a week.
