Gluten-Free Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup Clearly by Best Choice Natural Almond Butter, room temperature
1 large Clearly by Best Choice Organic Egg
1/2 cup Clearly by Best Choice Brown Sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Vanilla
1 cup dark chocolate chips

A sweet treat everyone can enjoy! Our Gluten-Free Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are rich, chewy, and full of nutty flavor thanks to creamy Clearly by Best Choice Organic Almond Butter. Perfectly balanced with melty chocolate chips, they’re a feel-good indulgence you’ll want to bake again and again.

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium size bowl beat together almond butter, egg, brown sugar, baking soda and vanilla.

Use a hand mixer to whisk ingredients into a dough or mix well by hand.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop about 1 tbsp at a time, shape into a ball with damp hands then place on a baking sheet.

Leave about 2-in. between each cookie.

Bake for 10 minutes then remove from oven.
*The cookies might look soft.  

Let them cool on the pan!
*Do not transfer until the cookies are cool completely.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
