DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and ground pepper. Add sweet corn, fire-roasted tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, and shredded cheese.
Stir well to evenly distribute.
Spray an 8×8 baking dish with Clearly by Best Choice Organic Cooking Spray. Transfer dip into the baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes. Serve warm with Clearly by Best Choice Organic tortilla chips.
