DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the lean beef, onion, and green pepper to the skillet. Break the beef into crumbles and stir to combine the beef and vegetables.
Cook the meat and vegetable mixture for 5 to 8 minutes, or until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off the excess grease as needed.
Once the mixture is cooked, stir in the tomato paste until thoroughly combined.
Add the ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir all the ingredients together to evenly distribute them.
