DIRECTIONS
Slice the cheese into 1/2 inch thick sticks.
Using a small glass layer the salami around the rim to create a flower and place it on one side the charcuterie board.
Place the cheese in the middle of the board varying the flavors.
Roll up the prosciutto, capocollo, and mortadella and place them around the edge of the board.
Add the crackers to the opposite side of the board from the salami flower.
In four small bowls, dish out the apricot preserves, sweet baby gherkins, chocolate covered almonds, and macadamia nuts.
Place those four bowls around the charcuterie board and you are ready for the game!
