INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup Best Choice Butter, softened
1 cup Best Choice Brown Sugar
1 Best Choice Egg
1 tsp. Best Choice Vanilla
1 ½ cups Best Choice Buttermilk Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 cup Best Choice Oats
¾ cup Best Choice Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream butter and brown sugar together until smooth. Mix in egg and vanilla. Blend in pancake mix, oats, and chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
