Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips into each triangle. Roll the triangles up starting from the wider end and curve into a croissant shape. Place on the lined baking sheet and brush with lightly beaten egg.
- Bake for approximately 15mins or until deep golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool for 5 mins. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microware with the oil. Keep stirring the chocolate ever 15 seconds until fully melted. Drizzle over the croissants and serve warm.
- Add fresh Best Choice whip cream or Carmel sauce on top as an alternative.
