1 can Best Choice refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup Best Choice Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
1 large Best Choice Egg
1 Tablespoon Best Choice Vegetable oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips into each triangle. Roll the triangles up starting from the wider end and curve into a croissant shape. Place on the lined baking sheet and brush with lightly beaten egg.
Bake for approximately 15mins or until deep golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool for 5 mins. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microware with the oil. Keep stirring the chocolate ever 15 seconds until fully melted. Drizzle over the croissants and serve warm.
Add fresh Best Choice whip cream or Carmel sauce on top as an alternative.
