Combining traditional chili ingredients with cornbread, bacon, and a creamy topping, all your guests will be asking for seconds. Pick up all the ingredients you need at your local grocery store.
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the cornbread according to the package directions and allow it to cool completely.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Ranch Dressing mix.
Once thoroughly combined, stir in the chiles, cumin, oregano, and sage and set aside for later.
Once the cornbread has cooled, crumble about half of it into a 9 x 13 pan.
Using half of the mayonnaise mixture, beans, corn, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, bacon, and cheese, top the first half of the cornbread.
Crumble the second half of the cornbread and repeat these layers for a second time.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
