Fresh Berry and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Best Choice Frozen Berries: raspberries, blueberries or strawberries;
- or freeze fresh berries overnight
- 1 cup Best Choice Plain Yogurt
- ½ cup Best Orange or Apple Juice
- ¼ cup fresh spinach
- 1 Tbsp Clearly Organic Ground Flaxseed or Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Best Choice Honey
Directions:
Blend berries, yogurt, juice, spinach, seeds, and honey together in a blender until smooth.
