Fresh Berry and Spinach Smoothie

Serving:

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups Best Choice Frozen Berries: raspberries, blueberries or strawberries; 
  • or freeze fresh berries overnight 
  • 1 cup Best Choice Plain Yogurt 
  • ½ cup Best Orange or Apple Juice 
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach 
  • 1 Tbsp Clearly Organic Ground Flaxseed or Chia Seeds 
  • 1 Tbsp Best Choice Honey 

 

Directions: 

Blend berries, yogurt, juice, spinach, seeds, and honey together in a blender until smooth.
